Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate CAS#13530-50-2
Thermosetting material – undergoes condensation polymerization for stable structural properties.
Enhanced mechanical strength – increases compressive yield strength and overall compressive strength in composite foams.
Improved plateau stress – raises the plateau stress, enhancing material performance under load.
Superior energy absorption – provides excellent energy absorption capacity, making it suitable for impact-resistant applications.
Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) is a thermosetting material whose bonding mechanism is based on condensation polymerization. Compared with pure aluminum foam, ADP-containing composite foam after sintering exhibits higher compressive yield strength and overall compressive strength, along with increased plateau stress and enhanced energy absorption capacity. However, when the ADP content exceeds 7.5 mass%, the length of the plateau region decreases to a certain extent.
