C6 fluorine-free water repellent (polysiloxane based)

C6 fluorine-free waterproofing agent refers to a waterproofing agent that does not contain perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonyl compounds (PFOS). It is also called a short carbon chain fluorine-containing waterproofing agent and is mainly used for waterproof and oil-proof finishing of textiles. It uses C6 perfluoro compound as its main ingredient. Compared with traditional C8 waterproofing agent, it has lower PFOA and PFOS content, is more environmentally friendly, and can meet the requirements of some environmental regulations. C6 waterproofing agent performs well in terms of waterproofing, oil resistance, and washing resistance, but compared with C8 waterproofing agent, its effect may be slightly inferior and its price is relatively high.
C6 fluorine-free water repellent has excellent water and oil repellency and is suitable for waterproofing a variety of fabrics, especially chemical fiber fabrics, with a high cost-effectiveness. It is widely used in the waterproofing of textiles, leather, paper and other materials.
